| Abstract | The present study has as objective to realize a business plan for the structuring of an artisanal confectionery in the city of Florianopolis / SC, which works essentially on demand. For this, the work presents SWOT analysis and canvas construction analyzing the current situation of the company. Methodologically, this study is classified as a basic bibliographical research, aiming at the solution of a practical, exploratory, descriptive, qualitative and quantitative problem, data collection, which sought to obtain information through questionnaire application and case study. With the application of the questionnaire it was possible to identify the personal and purchasing profile of current and future customers. we can conclude that there is much to be improved, but that we are on the right path of growth and meeting the needs of our customers. |
