| Abstract | La Universidad actual, cada dia esta mas comprometida con la cultura pedagogica y didactica que vertebra constantemente a las dinamicas de ensenanza-aprendizaje, dadas en los procesos formativos y en las especificidades didacticas de asignaturas y disciplinas que se trabajan. En esta direccion, los docentes tienen como exigencia profesional la constante preparacion y elevacion de su cultura didactica y pedagogica, con la intencion de resolver las problematicas que se suscitan en los procesos educativos con los que se comprometen, los que solo, con la actividad de la superacion y la investigacion podran ser perfeccionados, sumado a ello la actitud creativa que permite transformar a los procesos en los que profesionalmente se implican. Por estas razones, en este trabajo se ofrecen algunas reflexiones de naturaleza pedagogica y didactica dadas en el proceso epistemico-construccionista, dirigidas a la necesidad de configurar un pensamiento teorico que no solo se centra en los hechos pedagogicos y didacticos, sino en las relaciones que se establecen en el interior de estos hechos, porque se precisa cambiar la mentalidad teorico-investigativa de los cientistas, para encontrar en la labor cientifica atisbos de la Ciencia Pedagogica, que demanden logicas epistemicas novedosas para enfrentar problematicas y retos teoricos y praxiologicos dados en la labor educativa de la Universidad. Criterios actualizados y novedosos de estudiosos del tema de la interdisciplinariedad han sido de extraordinaria valia para configurar las reflexiones de este trabajo. PALABRAS CLAVE: relaciones epistemicas; construccion teorica; problematizacion pedagogica; dinamica de aprendizaje PEDAGOGIC AND DIDACTIC THOUGHTS FOR THE DYNAMICS OF THE EPISTEMICS ELABORATIONS OF THE PROCESS OF POSTGRADUATE DEGREE ABSTRACT The current University, every day is committed with the pedagogic culture and didactics than vertebra constantly to the teaching-learning dynamics, given in the formative processes and in the didactic specificities of subjects and disciplines that one works. In this address, the educational ones have as professional demand the constant preparation and elevation of their didactic and pedagogic culture, with the intention of solving the problems given in the educational processes with those that commit, those that alone, with the activity of the separation and the investigation they will be able to perfect, added it the creative attitude that allows to transform the processes in those that professionally are implied. For these reasons, in this work they offer some reflections of nature epistemic-constructionist, directed to the necessity of configuring a theoretical thought that not alone it is centered in the pedagogic and didactic facts, but in the relationships that are raised inside these facts, because it is necessary to change the theoretical-investigative mentality, to find in the work scientific flashes of the Pedagogic Science that demand logical novel epistemic to face problematic and theoretical and practical challenges given in the educational work of the University. Modernized approaches and novel of studious of the topic they have been of extraordinary it was worth to configure this work.
