| Abstract | This paper presents an analysis of issues related to internal communication, a sense of belonging, culture and corporate identity of the company Floralp. Through a deep theoretical study, based on an extensive literature review and the application of research with qualitative and quantitative approach, communication strategies were applied to enhance a sense of belonging by the collaborators in the construction of identity and corporate culture which is established in Floralp. The research results show the need of communication spaces for integration, recognition and participation in order to generate commitment within the employees and their commitment to the business project. It is important that the company creates dynamic and proactive communication through the creation and optimization of activities. Also, communication channels need to be utilizing to create value and help employees in their work so that they feel united with the company and work with the overall goal of being the best team: Team Floralp. |
