| Abstract | The following work seeks to raise awareness among companies about the importance of strengthening human talent management and its influence in each of the processes within the organization. Establishing a system in which all the phases that allow projecting the worker through a logical sequence of events will facilitate the organization to have the most important asset focused on reaching the proposed goals. Promoting the personal and professional development of human resources will align and synchronize personal objectives with institutional objectives; therefore this will be reflected in a synergy that will keep the company in constant harmony, allowing through the channels of communication to establish a DOFA, making management decisions that allow the positioning and projection of the organization. |
