| Abstract | The European political project emphasizes the quality of the paid work, in which it includes the principle of equality and conciliation measures with family life. Here, it is reflected on relation between: work/family conflict, gender approach and quality of life. Thus, this paper analyses the meaning of ‘conciliation’ by mean the revision and exploitation of secondary sources. The proposed hypothesis makes up three levels: individual well-being (psycho-social approach), interest by the human capital (enterprise) and equality of opportunities (gender perspective). |
