| Abstract | This work presents an analysis of the linking degree between the financial system and the economic growth, making for this a synthesis of the relationship between financial development and growth, as wellas a theoretical and empiric evidence. Therefore is frame inside the main financial reformations implemented in the country in the last decades, highlighting the privatization process and nationalization of banking. For this analusis, was realizad an econometric model with financial system represented by the AK model that looks for the linking between the financial system and the growth, as well as the impact of the innovation, modeled based on the theory of the endogenous growth, written by Marco Pagan (1993). One of the main results is the impact of financial system ouer economic growth through the accumulation of the capital and the technological innovation. These channels are generated by the efficient application of the functions of the financial system, reception and canalization of the saving, handling of financial risks, gathering of information and credit grant. |
