| Abstract | This work is organized around several «loci commune» concerning financial Globalization, Law and State and tries to point out the consequent relations with some examples. We humbly propose a hypothesis about the consequences the «financial feature» of world economy has had. In our view, it has provoked real changes in the Rule of Law, in the very idea of sovereignty, in the modification of the sources of Law and in the relations between productive and financial economy. These changes are specially clear in the emergence of what we have called «a financial meta system» practically illegal that despite its abstraction, has produced real transformations in State, Law and productive economy. |
