The drafting of the Process Management System for the company "Kingmilk" is divided into four chapters. Chapter 1. We have described the company's business and objectives of this project, particularly the approach of a hypothesis referenced in the activities of the company, which will be decided at the end of this project if you accept or decline. Chapter 2. We will focus on the concepts that were used, the tools described in the project, which will help us improve the weaknesses of the processes for continuous improvement. Chapter 3. We developed the method and design conceptualization Process Management, using the necessary and effective tools for the development of the same, this is by manual analysis processes add value to the processes reviewed. Chapter 4. The last chapter presents the conclusions and recommendations of the work done to the company instructed, the organization focusing on continuous improvement of processes both critics and support. |
