| Abstract | Work stress is a disorder that causes physical and psychological in most people damage can be generated not only by emotional or spiritual aspects but social demands and threats in the environment of the individual requiring adaptability and rapid response address the problems. The cause them harm the physical or mental disability in the development of their work activities. Organizations should encourage appropriate organizational climate to motivate employees and encourage different ways according to the capabilities and abilities of the individual to keep them satisfied. In this sense, this research is presented, whose main objective is based on: the development of a proposal to manage workplace stress in workers Stores Efe SA, Luis Gonzales agency in the city of Chiclayo, where the level was determined presenting stress. The low level of research which was conducted this study is prospective and descriptive design. The study population consisted of 35 employees working in shops Efe SA, who provided information through the questionnaire that, was applied to them. The main conclusions that were reached in this investigation were: the level of stress they are caused by inadequate communication, which adversely affects job performance. Decrease is recommended whenever possible stress caused by organizational factors through the implementation and improvement of elements such as organizational climate and the System of Human Resource Management. |
