Abstract	Este trabajo constituye un recorte de una investigacion mas amplia que explora las tematicas del pensamiento, el conocimiento, la verdad y la realidad en las teorias de Sigmund Freud y Wilfred R. Bion. Dicha actividad se enmarca en el Proyecto de Investigacion N° 4-0303 22/H635: “El proceso de simbolizacion de las experiencias emocionales. Una indagacion psicoanalitica de la incidencia de sus perturbaciones en el crecimiento mental”, que se desarrolla en la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis, con el subsidio de la Secretaria de Ciencia y Tecnica. En esta ocasion, se realiza un estudio cronologico de la obra de Freud, intentando detectar sus principales postulados sobre la nocion de juicio y su relacion con el concepto de examen de realidad. Tambien se senalan algunas vinculaciones con el tema del pensamiento. La indagacion resulta de interes para su posterior comparacion con las teorizaciones que W. R. Bion realiza sobre estas problematicas. Palabras clave Psicoanalisis Freud Juicio Realidad ABSTRACT CONCEPTUALIZATION OF REALITY TESTING AND JUDGEMENT IN FREUD’S THEORY This paper is part of a wider research work that explores topics related to thought, knowledge, truth and reality in Sigmund Freud and Wilfred R. Bion’s theories. This Research Project No. 4-0303, 22/H635: “The symbolization process of emotional experiences. A Psychoanalytic inquiry into the incidence of their disturbances in mental growth” is carried out at the Faculty of Human Sciences of Universidad Nacional de San Luis, and is funded by its Office of Science and Technology. In this work, a chronological study of Freud’s theory is performed with the purpose of detecting the main principles concerning the notion of reality testing and judgement. They are also related to the topic of thought. Further studies can be carried out comparing these issues to W.R. Bion’s theories. Key words Psychoanalysis Freud Judgement Reality
