| Abstract | The purpose of this research is to analyze the Permanent Education in Health (PEH) as a strategy for training and health education, through professional narratives of three health workers. Narratives as practice indicate the ways these workers mean their formative processes. Therefore, the PEH is seen as a strategy that matches any process that occurs in the production of new knowledge and new subjects. Moreover, PEH recognizes the knowledge derived from work as a valid knowledge. So it bets on the micropolitics of work as a fundamental to intervene space. The work , in terms of micropolitics, works as a device of PEH because the lines reveals that act in order to capture the living labor of workers in the service of knowledge and powers that be , while revealing the flows that can not be determined previously by other operating logic . The PEH bets these flows to construct new meanings for the production of health. I conclude by stating that it is necessary to reformulate the hegemonic models of health training. The PEH stands as an alternative strategy to consider in daily practice as a producer of knowledge. Furthermore, it was observed that the health workers also invent ways of PEH |
