Abstract	RESUMEN: Este artículo tiene como pretensión identificar la pertinencia de las estrategias que generan competitividad en términos de sostenibilidad, orientando las acciones para mitigar la crisis ecológica, por medio de la planificación del desarrollo empresarial en el contexto del turismo. Presentando un enfoque mixto, estudio empírico analítico, compuesto por la indagación teórica cuantitativa mediante encuestas tipo Likert y corte cualitativo realizando entrevistas a actores gubernamentales, que conllevan a la propuesta de un plan estratégico. Palabras clave: Sostenibilidad, competitividad, estrategias, desarrollo turístico ABSTRACT: This article has as a claim to identify the relevance of the strategies that generates competitiveness in terms of sustainability, guiding actions to mitigate the ecological crisis, through the planning of business development in the tourism context. Presenting a mixed approach, empirical analysis, composed by quantitative theoretical inquiry surveys Likert-type and qualitative court conducting interviews with governmental actors, which lead to the proposal of a strategic plan.
