| Abstract | Supervisors on subjects in schools is a functional Office that is not productive, one reason is never lacking or communication with the parties concerned, especially the teachers at the school, and rarely/never held a guidance or coaching at the school which became the field of work. The supervisor came to the school when the time Deuteronomy block semester and limited to ask for proof of the Administration's conduct of the repeat such blocks. Therefore, the Trustees considered a term of exile that there is no impact nothing against school. The purpose of this research was to know; (1) supervisory Efforts in enhancing the competence of PAI pedagogy teacher PAI, (2) barriers to undertaking efforts in enhancing the competence of PAI supervisor pedagogy teacher PAI, (3) solution in overcoming obstacles. This research uses qualitative research methods, descriptive. Research conducted at the JUNIOR HIGH Country 2 Banyudono Boyolali June until July 2013. Subject of research: PAI teachers and supervisors. The informant: the principal, the school Committee and the vice principal, teachers, students and employees. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques of examination of the validity of the data using triangulation with the source. Data analysis techniques using interactive methods include data collection, data presentation, data reduction and withdrawal of the conclusion. The results of this research; (1) Supervision is exercised by the academic Supervisor PAI has not been effective. This is evidenced by the frequency of visits to schools during the year 2015/2016 lessons of WWI. Academic supervision still emphasized on learning, while the administrative supervision of the class has not been fulfilled.
