| Abstract | Most of the matters that conform the school curriculum, have the capacity to approach the objectives and contents from very different points of view, offering the possibility to adapt them, sometimes, with a strictly scientific and other sense, with a much more sociocultural sense. The present work offers like sample of an experimentation process and innovation in the treatment of the block of contents of the Physical Condition and Health. In general, these contents of they associate with the improvement of the Resistencia Aerobica, the Flexibility, the Force, etc…en where it is evident that the understanding of this concepts and their application, go by the physical and cognitive treatment. Now then, my proposal wants to go a little beyond the previously this thing. The last end would be the one of arriving to the complete conjunction between the somatic thing and the mental thing, intervening an interiorizacion process to the one that commonly call “it makes aware.” To have conscience or conscience of what we carry out, implies an effort to three bands: the physical thing, the spiritual thing (in their energy meaning, spirit, value and fundamental essence) and the cognitive thing. Extracted of my didactic experience, I consider that the millennial martial art of defense, wellknown as T´ai Chi Chuan (in anyone of their styles), perfectly it can take people that practice it amply to the knowledge of a healthy physical activity that overcomes, the own fact of the muscular ejercitacion, taking to a desirable state of personal well-being. |
