| Abstract | Management of Integrated Islamic Elementary School. This study aims to identify and get an overview of the Integrated Management of Islamic Elementary School Cordova Samarinda which include planning, organizing, execution and control of human resource development program, management of financial functions that include funding sources and mechanisms of use and remuneration to educators (teachers) and education personnel (employees), parents’s support in application of management in Islamic Elementary School Cordova Samarinda, and obstacles that encountered in implementing the management of Isam Cordova Elementary School Samarinda. This study uses a case study with a qualitative approach. This approach resulted the findings from data that collected by participatory observation technique, interview and documentation study. Research instruments in the researchers themselves as a key instrument, while the informant or source of data is the Principal as key informants and the Foundation, the TU’s leader and Vice Principal and Parents’s Students as informants supporters. The results showed that planning, organizing, implementation and monitoring of human resource development program in SDIT Cordova are good. Teacher and employee development is using a "make-approach". |
