| Abstract | The existence of contemporary slave labor violates the human rights of workers in Brazil, deserving special attention, in view of the cases considered in the Inter-American Human Rights System, which requires Brazil to take more effective measures to face this practice, given its responsibility in the international scope. This research intends to understand the consequences of these processes and the reason for the Judiciary Power to have been blamed. The methodology used was the bibliographical survey and documentary survey. The research problem is to how the Brazilian Judiciary acts in the cases of slave labor in Brazil. |
