| Abstract | The iconographic analysis of Health Ara Carthago Novoa (Cartagena, Murcia) provides a clear link between a geographical location and the divinities of the second century AD. The site and its environment are related to the healing waters and with the gods and temples associated with Health. Through the detailed study and comparison of the four sides of this piece, we can deduce that the invocation to the group targeted by the altar. Could be associated with Fortuna Salutaris, Fortuna Balnearis, or linked to Salus (Hygia) and Aesculapius (Askleplios). |
