| Abstract | This study aims to determine how to influence the of Incentive againts employee Productivity in PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Bandung. Factors tested in this study is the Incentive as an independent variable. While the employee Productivity as the dependent variable. The method used in this research is deskriptive and verificative. The population in this study were employees in PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Bandung. Sampling technique used in this study is Proportionate Stratifed Random Sampling, the number of samples in this study amounted to 98 peoples. While the methods of analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The program used to analyze the data using a statistical count. Based on the results of the study showed that the Incentive and the employee Productivity in PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Bandung included in either category. In addition the research also showed that the compensation significant effect on the employee performance. While the influence of the Incentive in giving contribution influence on the employee productivity amounted to 39.4%. The higher the quality of the Incentive, the higher the employee productivity. |
