| Abstract | The present research has as a general problem to determine the relationship between The Budget Program "Prevention and management of secondary health conditions in people with disabilities” and the quality of care in the recuperative level of the Chancay Hospital. The research focus is quantitative, non-experimental design, descriptive, cross-sectional or transactional and correlational. The population was constituted by the workers of the Chancay Hospital, being the selected sample of nonprobabilistic intentional character of 100 workers. Data collection was carried out using the survey technique, and the instrument was the questionnaire. A pilot test was applied to 30 employees, obtaining Cronbach's alpha equal to 0.904 for the variable Budget Program and 0.943 for Quality of Care. The data will be processed, making use of the statistical program SPSS version 22.0. This research concludes that there is a moderate association between the variables between the product and the quality of care in the recovery level with a Spearman Rho correlation of 0,588; A moderate association between the activity and the quality of care in the recuperative level of the Chancay Hospital; With a Spearman Rho correlation coefficient of 0,478; Showed a moderate association between the goal and the quality of care in the recuperative level of the Chancay Hospital obtaining a Spearman Rho correlation coefficient of 0,590 and finally a moderate association between the budget program 0129 and the quality of care in the recuperative level of the Chancay Hospital; Being the Spearman Rho correlation coefficient of 0,655.
