| Abstract | Este artigo tem como escopo fundamental relatar acerca dos fundamentos de uma crise de sentido e, consequentemente, de uma crise etica que vivemos na contemporaneidade a partir dos escritos de Lima Vaz, em especial, o artigo Etica e Razao Moderna . Nosso intento e mostrar o contexto historico e os problemas filosoficos para a constatacao dessa crise, nas palavras de Vaz, "uma breve descricao da situacao espiritual do Ocidente", mostrando ainda, que se a transformacao do espirito se da na historia, a resposta a essa crise se dara em um processo de rememoracao ( Erinnerung , como diria Hegel) e de um reconhecimento etico das virtudes. Abstract: The fundamental purpose of this paper is to narrate the foundations of a crisis of sense and hence an ethical crisis that we live in the contemporaneity from Lima Vaz's writings, in particular, the article Ethics and Modern Reason . Our intent is to show the historical context and the philosophical problems in order to become aware of this crisis, in Vaz's words, "a brief description of the spiritual situation of the West". Moreover, we will show that if the transformation of the spirit takes place in history, so the answer to this crisis will be realized in a process of remembrance ( Erinnerung , as Hegel would say) and ethical recognition of virtues. |
