| Abstract | Nowadays, organizations have to react to the surroundings changes constantly and especially to strong competition as well as to increasing requirements and conditions of their customers. Human resources, which in the modern world have become the most important factor of company’s development, can help to meet the above challenges. The awareness of this fact causes the companies to prioritize the development of human resources. By means of improving the employees’ job competences and developing their knowledge new solutions and ideas supporting the growth of a company are encouraged. This work makes an attempt to prove the foregoing thesis. What is more, it shows the results of one’s own research as well as those published. |
