Abstract	RESUMEN: Este proyecto diseña un modelo de agronegocios que consiste en un sistema productivo a las necesidades del consumidor; en él, se ocupan de actividades relacionadas con productos de jardinería del campo hortícola, se comienza diagnosticando la situación del Departamento del Atlántico, Luego realiza un análisis multivariado para aplicar el método CANVAS y LEAN STARTUP. Este desarrollo identifico el abandono y la brecha tecnológica; como resultado está el diseño de modelo ATOMIC CANVAS para mejorar el desarrollo hortícola del Departamento. Palabras clave: canvas, lean startup, atomic canvas ABSTRACT: This project designs an agribusiness model that consists of a productive system to the needs of the consumer; in it, they deal with activities related to gardening products of the horticultural field, it begins diagnosing the situation of the Department of the Atlantic, then performs a multivariate analysis to apply the CANVAS and LEAN STARTUP method. This development identified the abandonment and the technological gap; as a result, ATOMIC CANVAS model design to improve the horticultural development of the Department.
