| Abstract | This investigation search for the opinions of the Publics Server of the Victims, Human Rights and Peace Secretary of the Meta Government in Colombia, about the reasons of this institution for don't make a collective memory initiative, and about the expectations that it generates the opportunity to know and/or be part of a strategy of that type in the future. The opinions expressed by the servers are analyzed from the theory of the Social Representations of Serge Moscovici. Subsequently, this investigation propose the creation of a Digital Unit, it will serve to generate a collective memory process and an efficient and effective institutional archive. Also this Digital Unit automate some of the demands and information needs of public servants and users of the dependency, and the dependence will divulge their achievements through of the history. |
