| Abstract | The present research is of a basic type with a non-experimental correlational design that seeks to determine the correspondence between strategic planning and the satisfaction of the academic service provided by the Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana (UNAP – Iquitos, Peru) based on the strategic relationship with the level of satisfaction of the academic service presented by the students at the end of the academic year 2018. The population consisted of 340 students enrolled in the IV and V cycles of the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences being the sample size of 180 students. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires in two moments. The data on strategic planning and the satisfaction of academic service were determined in 2018. It has been established that almost half of students have a moderate expectation of academic service and similar behavior in terms of strategic planning by the Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana (UNAP – Iquitos, Peru). |
