Estrategias Para El Desarrollo De La Comprensión Y La Producción De Textos

Abstract	La comprension y la produccion de textos se constituyen como dos habilidades esenciales para los estudiantes e intervienen especificamente en sus resultados academicos. Se presenta un programa disenado para entrenar las estrategias necesarias para la comprension y produccion de textos. El programa se organiza sobre la base de aspectos especificos tales como el vocabulario, la sintaxis, la estructura textual, las habilidades metacognitivas. Participaron en esta investigacion 15 estudiantes (entre 15 y 18 anos). Los participantes fueron evaluados previamente con un test de screening (Abusamra et al. 2010) y una prueba de produccion escrita. El programa se aplico semanalmente. Luego de cuatro meses, los estudiantes fueron reevaluados. Los resultados evidenciaron la efectividad del programa utilizado. Palabras clave Comprension de textos, Produccion de textos, Habilidades meta- cognitivas Abstract STRATEGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEXT COMPREHENSION AND WRITING SKILLS Text comprehension and writing skills are two essential abilities for students and they are required particularly on their academic performance.An intervention program was designed to train strategies for reading comprehension and writing texts. The program is based on specific abilities such as vocabulary, syntax, text structure, metacognitive skills. This study has involved 15 students (between 15 and 18 years). Participants were evaluated firstly, with a screening test for text comprehension (Abusamra et al. 2010) and an assessment of writing skills. The program was applied weekly.
