| Abstract | In the learning of a foreign language, the vocabulary plays a decisive role to achieve an effective communication. In the use of any language the speakers use motivational associations (metaphoric or metonymic in its majority) or even in homonym words formed by conversion in whose formation also these associations or relations manifest themselves. For any learner, to know these associations means a lot, because thru them it is possible to acquire a greater number of words and its different uses by knowing the semantic motivations that originated them. |
