| Abstract | This research addresses the investigation of the information sources for innovation used by the programs and mechanisms for the development of startups in Santa Catarina in the technology and innovation segment. It is an exploratory-descriptive research, with qualitative approach and applies the case study method. The corpus of the research consisted of the Sinapse da Inovacao and the Centro Empresarial para Laboracao de Tecnologias Avancadas , both belonging to the Fundacao Centros de Referencia em Tecnologias Inovadoras . The conclusion pointed to relevance of carrying out denser research on the importance of information sources for Information and Knowledge Management in innovation. This applies especially to the startups sector because they refer to technology-based companies that need an innovative and scalable product or service. |
