| Abstract | La Anatomia es la ciencia que estudia las estructuras de los cuerpos organizados. La concepcion antigua de esta ciencia tenia una posicion metafisica y la concepcion moderna tiene un enfoque dialectico. La evolucion historica de la Anatomia y su ensenanza en Cuba ha estado en correspondencia con los cambios politicos, economicos y sociales que han ocurrido en la sociedad, y al desarrollo cientifico-tecnico alcanzado por la humanidad. El objetivo de este trabajo fue destacar los acontecimientos mas significativos de la ensenanza de la Anatomia en Cuba y como ha influenciado en su desarrollo los cambios ocurridos en la sociedad. Se precisaron los hechos mas relevantes de la evolucion historica de la Anatomia en sus distintas etapas: preformacion, formacion, reforma, diferenciacion e integracion, asi como los relacionados con su ensenanza en Cuba en la etapa colonial, neocolonial y revolucionaria; en cuanto a las caracteristicas de su ensenanza, los planes y programas de estudio, locales donde se impartio, medios de ensenanza, libros de textos empleados y profesores mas destacados en esta labor.(AU) Anatomy is the science or branch of morphology which treats of structure of organized bodies. Ancient conception of this science had a metaphysical position, and the present one has a dialectic approach. Historical evolution of Anatomy and its teaching in Cuba has been in correspondence with political, economical, and social changes occurred in society, and the scientific-technical development achieved by humanity. Aim of present paper was to emphasize the more significant events of Anatomy teaching in our country, and how changes above have has influenced in its development. More relevant facts of historical evolution of Anatomy in its different stages were specified: preformation, formation, reform, differentiation and integration, as well as those related to its teaching in Cuba in colonial, neocolonial, and revolutionary period, as for teaching features, study plans and programs, location where it was gave, teaching media, textbooks used and more prominent professors in this task.(AU) |
