| Abstract | Observing the lack of a better delivery of services Brazilian Bank to its customers of the city of Arapongas / PR, realized the need to study the feasibility of a new branch of the Bank in the city, because it is a medium-sized city with strong economic growth and a growing demand for banking services. On the fast track to a literature review and application of concepts pointing marketing plan, this instrument was used to evaluate the possibility of setting up an agency of the same bank in the city, focusing on the strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities with the implementation of new unit. Given the analysis of the points relevant to the question, concludes that it is possible deployment, because with this, will attract more customers, leading to full satisfaction of the existing Bank of the Brazilian, benefiting a more timely provision of services, offering better services and products, and finally, providing better working conditions for employees of the Bank of Brazilians. |
