| Abstract | This research work was raised as a main objective to determine how relates to productive competitiveness and organizational culture in the MSE of textile garments of Gamarra, 2017. The methodology used corresponded to the scheme of the hypothetical deductive method and correlation type, since it aims to know the relationship or degree of association between two variables. This research has a nonexperimental design. The study sample was conformed by 50 workers of the MYPES of textile garments of Gamarra, 2017. The instrument used to collect data from the independent variable: productive competitiveness was a questionnaire and to collect data on the dependent variable organizational culture questionnaire with Likert scale. With this research, it was determined that productive competitiveness relates directly and significantly mind with the organizational culture in SMEs of textile garments of Gamarra, 2017. A relation r =, 815 * between variables and ρ =, 000 which shows its significance. |
