Abstract	O presente artigo, no campo dos estudos de gestao publica, subcampo governo eletronico, tem como objetivo apresentar uma analise comparada do cumprimento da Lei de Acesso a Informacao (LAI) por parte do portal eletronico da Prefeitura Municipal de Palmas. O percurso metodologico escolhido para este estudo esta dividido em quatro etapas: revisao de literatura para identificar os aspectos a serem avaliados; sistematizacao dos indicadores de avaliacao do portal baseada nas exigencias legais; navegacoes orientadas no portal da Prefeitura Municipal de Palmas; e analise e discussao dos resultados encontrados. Com base nos resultados obtidos, observou-se que aspectos relacionados a acessibilidade e organizacao das informacoes mostram-se mais frageis quanto ao cumprimento da LAI pelo portal eletronico. Termos para indexacao: governo eletronico, tecnologia, transparencia, informacao Comparative analysis of the application of law 12,527/2011 on the electronic portal of Palmas’ City Hall The present work in the field of public management studies, subfield of electronic government, aims to present a comparative analysis of the enforcement of the information access law by the electronic portal of the City Hall of Palmas. The methodological path chosen for this study is divided into four stages: literature review, in order to identify the aspects to be evaluated; systematization of the portal ’s evaluation indicators based on legal requirements; oriented navigations on the portal of Palmas’ City Hall; and analysis and discussion of the results found. Based on the results obtained, it was observed that aspects related to accessibility and the organization of the information shown to be more fragile regarding the compliance of the law of information access by Palmas city electronic portal.
