Abstract	espanolEl derecho a la propia imagen en el ambito laboral viene marcado por la especial relacion de subordinacion que ostenta el empleado respecto del empresario, pero ello no justifica la adopcion por parte de este de cualquier tipo de medida que pueda afectar a dicho derecho. El proposito de este estudio es analizar los casos mas frecuentes de lesion del derecho a la propia imagen en el ambito laboral, especialmente los consistentes en la utilizacion de sistemas de video-vigilancia, la imposicion al trabajador de una determinada apariencia fisica externa y la obligacion de vestir un uniforme concreto. EnglishThe right to self-image at work is marked by the special relationship of subordination that links the employee and employer, but this does not justify the adoption by it of any action that may affect this right. The purpose of this study is to analyze the most frequent cases of infringement of the right to own image in the workplace, especially those involving the use of video-surveillance systems, the imposition to the worker of a particular external physical appearance and the obligation to wear a specific uniform.
