| Abstract | The traditional model of teaching is gradually being replaced by new pedagogical trends, which point to the need for the formation of a professional capable of transforming social reality of their daily lives. In the context of these new trends, Problematization Methodology with reference to the method of method of Arch Maguerez, offers a way able to guide the teaching practice of an educator, targeting the critical and creative thinking of students. Together these new trends is the increasing use of information and communication technology to provide and support tools and content in education. Aiming to assist the learner in the proper use of these tools and access to content according to the learner's context, this work presents the ECARE, a context-aware recommender assistant applied to an educational software based on ProblematizationMethodology operationalized through the Arch of Charles Maguerez. A prototype of an educational assistant integrated software was developed using the CEManTIKA framework and a preliminary experimental study was conducted verifying the usefulness and usability of the proposedassistant. |
