| Abstract | Historically, a better treatment of this category has defended, however, at this moment; this category has not been granted the same right imposed, with the explanation that domestic work does not have a profitable finality. The focus of this study refers to the discriminations suffered by the constructors that, without a doubt, deserve to have any and all benefits that are granted to any other profession, with the finality to reach a higher human being dignity level, as well as equal rights compared to any other job. Concluding that unjustified incapability to do the job is the type of discrimination and differentiation between domestic workers and other workers. |
