The utility of foresight and the inclusion of this discipline in business, politics and academia, allowing strategic decision-making. In the field of public opinion, prospective can be used to determine the scenarios that may happen, so that timely action plans can be carried out around issues of public interest, which will predict or anticipate the scope and consequences of political phenomena. |
