| Abstract | The appliances sector is characterized by dynamic demand, creating the need to ensure proper supply. Designing a system for this sector has particular characteristics, due to the volume of references and the complexity of managing the lines in the same way. Therefore, we propose a methodology that uses a multicriteria approach to classify lines, focusing the study in type A. Subsequently, is realized an analysis of time series that supplement the selection of the forecasting system. Finally, different control systems are evaluated, seeking to minimize total relevant cost (TCR). |
