| Abstract | RESUMEN: En este trabajo, el autor responde a una cuestion que consistio en lo siguiente: como es que cada entidad federativa mexicana ha incorporado en su ley interna las soluciones establecidas en los tratados internacionales relativos a la adopcion de menores. En esta investigacion, el autor encontro que cada estado federal ha introducido soluciones diferentes, incluso, incompatibles con las establecidas en los tratados. En otros casos, las soluciones internacionales todavia no se han desarrollado. El autor, luego de considerar a los tratados internacionales reguladores de la adopcion, confirma que cada estado esta sometido a los tratados internacionales. ABSTRACT: In this paper, the author responds to the situation discussed consisting of the following: How each Mexican federal state has incorporated the solutions settled in the international treaties for which adoption of minors is discussed, to each federal state domestic law. In his research the author found that each federal state has implemented solutions differently, some state’s laws where found to be noncompatible to the international treaties. In other cases, international solutions were found undeveloped. The author analyzed the diverse international treaties regulating the adoption of minors, confirming that each state is under the international treaties. |
