| Description | The enGauge 21st Century Skill Framework requires progressive education to upgrade 4C skills that consist of creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. The emphasis on learning skills based on the reason that educators and students still have many weaknesses in the field of learning and in the teaching process. UNESCO (2020) reported that during the Covid-19, 93.1% of the 1.3 billion students in the world carried out learning activities at home. 45 million of these are students from Indonesia (Statistics Indonesia, 2020). Although teaching and learning occur in virtual conditions, the teacher should construct 4C skills among the students. This research aims to investigate the obstacles and opportunities the students may have, then give recommendations about adaptive learning 4C skills for the student during and after a pandemic. The subject is a student at an elementary school in Yogyakarta. Data was collected through observation and interview.
