| Description | Education is the right of every Indonesian citizen, including those in the border regions. Autonomy and community emphasis is a priority in implementation of education everywhere, which is why Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, established a community learning center (CLC) as a forum for helping all community members. This descriptive qualitative research method seeks to provide an overview of the management of the CLC program in Kota Kinabalu. The organization is a high-performing resource of choice for the government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Education and Culture.
