Description	Concept “the optimum decision”, concerning of open-pit's mining-transport systems at stages of their designing, reconstruction and operation, has quite certain interpretation — best decision the realisation of which will allow to receive maximum effect, allowable in the given specific conditions of opened development of a deposit. At different stages of planning of mining-transport work the problem of choice of the best variant from set of allowable decisions satisfying to the presented requirements arises. The simulation modelling of work of complex mining-transport systems assumes strict and as it is possible the complete account of order and sequence of all operations of simulating process. The accounts of working costs are carried out on the basis of results of work of a mining-transport system. The quality of mining work is evaluated by relative change of quality of a useful mineral from its natural condition in result of ore mining work and by achieved thus technical and economic parameters.
