Nurses service quality in community health service using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)

Description	The health service quality plays a strategic role in improving public health quality. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the nursing service quality and to figure out the most important criteria in nursing service quality based on the priority scale of five dimensions of service quality. This study was conducted by involving 40 patients of Community Health Service in Tangerang Selatan City, who had used the health service for at least three years. The data obtained were analyzed using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and calculated using Super Decision software. The results showed that accordingly the most important criteria in nursing service qualities were Assurance, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Tangibility.
