Description	Journal: Acta Botanica Gallica The percentage of tannic cells in the medullar parenchyma just below the apex was measured from the beginning of the bud edification to the burst, surrounding eleven months later. After the spring storage, concomitant with the initiation of the first primordia, the tannins desappeared. During autumn and winter, two slow organogenesis stages are concomitant with the formation of new tannic cells, whom content then desappeared. At last, an important accumulation stage precedes the burst. These phenomenons are discussed with the variations of meristematic activity.
