| Description | The cellular morphology of M L in the BM biopsy specimen may or may not be reflective of that seen in the lymph nodes (LNs) or other organs. Discordance occurs in approximately 25% of cases. This is commonly seen with FL in which the tumor grade, as determined by the relative number of centroblasts, appears to be lower than that seen in the LNs.
