| Description | Ore deposits exploitation with filling method using is accompanying by-systematic formation of separate planes “ore-filling” within the limits of extracting ore massif. Subsequent ore pillars extraction by drilling-and-blasting method destroys boundary layer of filling massif to a depth of 0.5–1.5 m. It is cause of ore dilution by filling concrete. Technology was worked out of filling massif forming with simultaneous construction flame-protective isolated layer on the contact between ore and filling which includes fine-graded waste of different industrial processes and local materials. When extracting ore pillars by offer technology zone of filling destruction decreases. It allows to decrease ore dilution from 8–10% up to 0.3–0.5%. Preservation of natural quality of excavating ore eliminates over and above the standard metal losses when ore processing and also eliminates necessity of repeat stowing the goaf.
