Description	Blockchain is considered to be one of those technologies, like Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, that is very promising and is guaranteed to make a lot of difference to the future of technology. Accordingly, in many reports on innovative patterns, blockchain shows up as one of the strongest future recommendations corresponding to network protection frameworks and secure trades. At present, various online education resources are available which not only provide learning resources in the form of videos, apps, and music to users through servers deployed in multiple data centres to increase availability and delivery speed of the content, but also bring various challenges are also brought in digital rights management, like digital copyrights are subject to infringements of advanced copyrights of media learning assets, also there exists insecurity of digital education certificates and also low level of transparency of the learning assets. Using the characteristics of blockchain distributed storage to make scientific research results in the library management platform open and transparent, while protecting scientific research copyright, it also allows academic misconduct, such as plagiarism and forged data, to be revealed, thereby effectively improving scientific research integrity and initiative awareness provide theoretical and practical help for scientific research institutions and researchers.
