Description	As one of the chapters making up the final part of this book, by addressing the issues of diversity management and the business case we come, to an extent, full circle with where the book started out. There is plenty of mainstream work on diversity management in organizations, and a great deal of it is not critical in the terms defined in this book. While this work will not be reviewed in this chapter, what will be reviewed are the critical perspectives with implications for challenging mainstream views of diversity management and the business case for diversity in organizations. This has inevitably been touched upon in other chapters because it is at the heart of much mainstream versus critical theorizing; that is, whether diversity can or should be managed and how, and whether this can be shown to be beneficial for individuals, groups, and organizations or not. However, this chapter endeavors to look more explicitly and specifically at the concepts of diversity management and the business case for diversity, as well as alternative 'cases for/against' arguments when it comes to diversity and organization.
