| Description | The incidence of brain disorders (BDs) of unknown etiology is increasing, including well-studied diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease (AD), Parkinson's disease (PD), and multiple sclerosis. The blood–brain barrier (BBB) provides protection to the brain, but hinders the treatment and diagnosis of these neurological diseases, because the drugs must cross the BBB to reach the lesions. Nanotechnology utilizes designed materials or gadgets that connect with natural frameworks at an atomic level and could alter the treatment of BDs by allowing, reacting to, and connecting with the target locales to prompt physiological reactions while limiting symptoms. Traditional medication conveyance frameworks don't give satisfactory cytoengineering innovation and association designs that are basic for useful recuperation in BDs, because of constraints posed by the prohibitive blood–cerebrum boundary. Still, the treatment of numerous BDs is enigmatic. In this chapter, authors discussed in details about the present uses of nanoempowered drug conveyance frameworks for the treatment of BDs and also investigate the future uses of nanotechnology in clinical neuroscience to create inventive remedial modalities for the treatment of BDs.
