Description	This chapter provides a small insight into how Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) can facilitate learning about a global space through innovative projects that uses ICT tools. Learning in a global space online enables collaborative and participatory learning with a global audience, rather than the confined nature of learning in a physical classroom or geographical location. The chapter illustrates case studies that are innovative and creative examples of projects undertaken by pupils, alongside a step-by-step guide on how to create effective collaborative projects using ICT. The chapter demonstrates an awareness of the importance of embedding global citizenship and sustainability into education. It shows the different ways to connect one's class with other schools across the world through ICT and develops one's skills using ICT in creative ways to connect pupils with their global peers. The wide range of ages demonstrated the cross-sector, cross-curriculum, collaborative approach needed to engage at the different levels of language skills, providing peer-to-peer support.
