Description	The associations between interviewer and applicant behavior during simulated employment interviews were examined in a laboratory experiment. As hypothesized, applicant self-esteem, interviewer behavior, and their interaction significantly affected applicants' verbal and nonverbal behavior during interviews, as rated by independent judges.
