Abstract	Ce chapitre examine les différentes procédures administratives susceptibles d'être utilisées pour réduire au maximum et contribuer à résoudre les différends en matière de prix de transfert qui peuvent survenir entre les contribuables et les administrations fiscales, ainsi qu'entre les différentes administrations fiscales. De tels différends peuvent surgir même si les orientations figurant dans ce rapport sont suivies scrupuleusement pour l'application du principe de pleine concurrence. Il est possible que les contribuables et les administrations fiscales aboutissent à des conclusions différentes en ce qui concerne les conditions de pleine concurrence des transactions entre entreprises associées qui font l'objet d'une vérification, étant donné la complexité de certaines questions de prix de transfert et les difficultés d'interprétation et d'évaluation dans chaque cas d'espèce.
